A workshop on modern artistry in Lutheran Worship

The Hearts and Hands of David Workshop is designed to connect, encourage, and grow artists and musicians who use modern technology, art, and instrumentation in Lutheran Worship. The two day clinic will feature many sessions hosted by the members of Koiné and other special guests. All are invited to enhance their gifts of service at the Hearts and Hands of David Workshop. A special session will be held on Thursday evening, April 19, for Worship Leaders and Coordinators. The Workshop will be followed on Sunday afternoon, April 22, by a special event featuring Koiné.

As the Lenten season approaches, Koiné invites you to come walk with Jesus from the Mount of Transfiguration to Mount Calvary as we present Footsteps to the Cross.

Footsteps to the Cross is a musical experience arranged by Koiné that weaves together scripture texts, music, and multimedia to highlight the final steps of Jesus Christ. Footsteps is the first in a set of three presentations, followed by the Tenebrae Service and an Easter Sunrise service, to re-tell the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ in song.

Koine is hitting the road and heading out West March 5-18. We're excited to make some new friends and revist some old ones as we pass through Colorado, Northern California, Oregon, Washington, Montana, and North Dakota.
